The quantity should be minimum one 1 litre. No cooking is allowed at the venue. Table space to display payasam will be provided by the organizers. Participants should bring all ingredients & vessels for presentation. Participants are not allowed to use instant payasam mix. However, participants may use vermicelli, rice ada, tender coconut, pine apple etc. Menu and Recipes are required. Menu can be displayed any way you chose. Recipe must be typed in English or Malayalam including ingredients and weights, and method of preparation.
Participants may choose any film based music in any language. it should be performed by a group of dancers, not less than minimum 3 people. Please submit the song and movie name in the description while submitting the entry. The performamce will be judged based on choreography, steps, transitions, originality, movement techniques, fludity, music quality interpretation of music, fitness - expression, grace, energy and completeness of the steps, costume, and adherence to the time limit of maximum 10 minutes
A team of minimum 5 singers to be in one team. Duration 7 minutes. There should be poise, clarity of voice and pitch difference. The song should be thematic, devotional or filmy. Any member can use Karaoke, if required. The team should submit the song details 1 day prior to the event
All participants should be in the traditional Kerala costume, white mundu, and shirts etc. Additional points are given for the creativity in grooming. Participants are also required to introduce them to the jury in Malayalam and presentation should be creative. Marks also will be given based on the answers given to the questions raised by Jury
